Time to welcome the new season!

If you are new to the community, this article will cover everything you need to know to get the best out of the community training.

Welcome to Athleland, the community training hub. We meet four times a week with the following training structure:

Sunday, 6 AM:The week opener. This training session sets the tone for the week.

Tuesday, 6 AM: The official leg training of the week.

Sunday and Tuesday training sessions take place upstairs in the Bootcamp Area.

Thursday, 6 AM:The treadmill class of the week, the highest intensity in the category of 45-minute training sessions. This class is partner-based—a must if you want to challenge your limits.

Friday: The week finale training, the Royal Rumble. This is a 2-hour training camp, and we keep the last one of the month special. Class kicks off at 8:30 AM.

Thursday and Friday classes take place in the Boxing Area of the gym.

To get the most out of the class, I strongly recommend arriving 10 minutes early. This will allow you to get familiar with the place if it's your first time and set up your station.

September Training

We are bringing back a couple of classes that we haven't done in a few months:

In the first week of September: Upper AbsThis class offers a comprehensive workout targeting your arms, chest, back, and core, incorporating exercises that tone and build endurance.

The second week: Our high-function strength training 4x4 Ideal for those who appreciate a structured regimen with clear objectives, this class delivers a potent combination of strength, endurance, and satisfaction.

In week 3: Our favorite partner training, KolomboA unique paired session where participants choose a partner to motivate and support them. The true victory in Kolombo is about forging bonds and elevating each other to achieve fitness goals.

The final week of September will be full of surprisesThe first will be our on-tempo rowing class , A relentless pursuit of fitness excellence, featuring up to 20 dynamic exercises performed in succession, punctuated by strategic rowing intervals ; and more.
